i can spend 18$ maximum, if you can do it lower than that, you will have more chances to be awarded. make a VB.NET or Selenium software. search people, navigate profiles on a website and send messages. it shouldn't send messages to people it already sent to. it should write in a file the link of the profile and ignore it in the future. it shouldn't use the mouse and keyboard to navigate the website. it must do so internally. i have 4 more projects similar to this in the future at the same price. write "car" as the first word in your bid so i know you read the project description and also put in the bid the price you ask (if you let it be 13$ or what freelancer.com put in by default i will think you didn't put in a price and you are not serious, which makes you bid invalid,so put anything else than the bid amount freelancer.com set by default). bid with the total amount you want for the software. i am a coder with 17 years experience in vb.net myself so bid with a good price, because otherwise i rather do the software myself. it is a simple project. it is intended to be used by myself, it won't be sold, so i am not making profit from it, that's another reason why i need a good price.
