I got an exciting project, a licensed gambling website that allows people anywhere in the world to buy 4D lotto.
This website is mainly used for managing the 4d lotto operation, which includes display:
1) To show current/past results (sample: https://4d88.com/)
2) Go live 4d drawing event (we can OBS or any 3rd party to broadcast the API to the website)
3) An e-wallet system that allows players to deposit/withdraw money
4) Gambling-friendly payment system that is worldwide and EU compliance.
5) Functions that allow users to participate in buying 4d lotto numbers
6) A system to manage agents and sales, so that people can use the platform to sell 4d lotto numbers to local individuals.
7) Mobile responsive website, UI UX will be provided (Adobe XD).
Feel free to suggest if I have missed out on any function you think it's critical, explain the details of how you'd do it and what is needed for this to happen.
It will NOT have any fancy graphics or a complex gaming system. It's a management system for a new gaming company. Any past project experience is a plus.
Do not bid if you're not able to commit, because we'll be using freelancer's escrow milestones and you'll only get paid when the project is completed. However, payments will be released we ask you to transfer to our servers, fair enough?
