Incorporate Simply Schedule Appointments (https://simplyscheduleappointments.com/) to allow people to see available dates on a calendar, select an option, pay a hunt deposit, etc.
There will be 4 options with the ability to select up to 4-5 people.
There is one other option that is for 30 people that will need to be added later
Their stripe account is set up to alter the price depending on how many people are attending
Gravity Form integration. Gravity Forms has the ability to do more complex payment calculations so that you can customize the deposit for each submission: https://ssappts.com/guides/charging-varying-prices-with-gravity-forms-2/
As well as the ability to authorize a charge through their payment gateways so that you can collect additional payment at a later date (by manually clicking a button): https://docs.gravityforms.com/configure-authorize-and-capture-in-paypal-checkout/
Note : I'd expect dates to be selected in calendar with block out dates that are not available...
Then visitor selects available date and enters in their contact info and books the hunt with a deposit. The customer gets a receipt and confirmation and we as a staff get an email with the details.
