I am looking for a tech Virtual Assistant

I recently purchased an LMS script from Code canyon. It has been installed for me and the only thing I need to do is personalise it. It has dummy content. Hereis what I need the VA to do:
- upload content
- upload abd format courses ready for students to study.
- get content from youtube and re-upload as courses in the platform.
- make basic customization

The website is fully functional and built on Laravel.
