I'm looking for someone who can make load faster on both mobile and desktop devices ASAP!

I'm looking for someone who can make my website load faster on both mobile & desktop devices via Custom coding not using any plugins. My website score is 71/100 on Gtmetrix on Google Page Insights it's 42 on the mobile score. I need help ASAP!
