I'm looking for an experienced Laravel developer skilled in using Linux Terminal with PHP.

I'm in search of an adept Laravel developer proficient in Linux Terminal usage with PHP, as well as API integration of ChatGPT.
We have a Laravel app that helps users to manage their linux servers from the web admin panel. (please see the small video record)
The app is currently in basical working stage.
You can login/register, add/edit/remove server, connect and use it as a typical linux terminal.
However we need you to do the following modifications / features to add :
1. Transition from the current websocket implementation to Laravel Websockets.
2. Implement message filtering on the terminal side. Messages will follow these guidelines:
-- Case 1: When a user inputs "/cmd [user's prompt]," it should trigger a custom prompt (stored in the database) sent to ChatGPT. ChatGPT will provide command responses in a JSON array. These commands will be executed automatically by the system, eliminating the need for manual execution.
-- Case 2: If the message doesn't commence with "/cmd," it should be treated as a standard Linux command.
3. Enable the simultaneous operation of multiple servers within the same terminal by adding window tabs for ease of switching between them.
Please be aware that we have a fixed budget and require swift completion due to numerous pending tasks.
