I am looking for bulk Smtp server

I am looking for an Smtp server to fit my needs. I have identified that the type of server I need is an Smtp server. I do not require any additional services on the server beyond this, so I should be able to get away with a Shared Server option. The server will only need to support 1 user, so it is not necessary for me to purchase anything above the Shared Server option. I am looking for a reliable and scalable solution for my email needs.
