I am looking for Simple Image editing Wordpress Plugin Developer -- 2

I am looking for a WordPress developer who can build a new feature for my website(https://engravertech.com/) engraved style image converter. Users will upload their images and convert those to engraved style images. This feature will be developed gradually and more options will be added like bg remove, cropping, resize, brightness, etc. For now, I need a simple image converter.
