log file mikrotik in syslog-ng to Mysql Database.

My line id is authenbox ( if you want to talk me )
Now, I want keep log file in mikrotik to syslog-ng with Mysql .
I do same website https://aacable.wordpress.com/2017/11/10/centralized-syslog-ng-logging-to-mysql-db/
Now, mikrotik can send log to syslog-ng and script *.conf in /etc/syslog-ng/arm.cfg work to send log txt to mysql server .
But, I have problem mikrotik do not send correct "B.E." ( full date/time format )
Are you understand my problem ?
If you understand and can fix ip to show "B.E." , Let me know, I send all script file and picture of my problem to you see in attatchement .
