laravel project

I'm looking for a talented Laravel developer to add some new features to an existing website. The scope of the project should be limited to the desired features and no web hosting services are required. It's important for me that this project is completed within a month, which will require dedication and focus. If you are an experienced developer that has worked with Laravel before then I am confident that you have the skills to help me out. I'm looking for somebody who is organized, detail-oriented and understands deadlines. some of the required feature including :
fixing bugs
adding new sections
removing unnecessary section
removing extra language ( should be in 1 language only)
removing the extra themes (only one as default)
adding verification process (which should be simple as a form for users to submit)
dashboard customization, arranging sections, adding, removing some.
removing extra fields from forms such as checkout, signup.
adding google as a quick sign up.
