laravel php page with adminpanel

i need a php web page for product price information

you will not get php code and need from scratch

admin panel / front panel
admin panel - admin can add brand + model for each brand - text for exit brand - edit-remove- move place for exit model and model question
front panel; end user can go to web and use search button for search a model or brand or just scrol by brand logo-name and find exit model and scrol or search


example ; admin add brand
brand name : Apple
brand name ; Google

admin add model
select exit brand : ..... (show al exit brand = Apple, google )
selected brand : Apple
add model for selected brand : ........(enter text )
(example) add model (brand selected APPLE) : Macbook Air 2013

add model ; (select brand = Google) ; Google Nest duo 2020 R7500


add question example :
Select brand : Apple
Select model : (show exit apple model list ) Macbook Air 2013

add question :
TEXT: New OS installation

now end user go to web page and see exit brand logo and search button and search for App... show all exit
selected / found " Macbook air 2013 " show all exit question + price and select button
and down of page click here for register your repair button (link go to ..admin add inside code page)
