laravel expert needed for troubleshooting -- 2

i have an ecommerce website for books based on laravel. i need search improvement, at present the search is able to get only few hits, even though the searched word matches many products. also i need to implement search criteria using author names, presently it only takes book names that too with the issue as mentioned above.

need expert/experienced resource. newcomers please avoid.
