laravel Expert for simple tasks

I have 3 easy tasks
1) mobile verification during sign up , I have the sms api and used it before
2) coupon activation , it exists but need just to be activated
3)add to cart button doesn't work fir specific products so just need to be fixed (check video in descriotion)
There easy tasks I think they will not take more than 3 hrs
it's for long term projects
