laraval form project

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me with a Laraval form project. The project will involve integrating an existing medium-sized form into my web-based system. The form is largely data entry-based and will require moderate customization, such as adding dropdown menus and autocomplete fields, in order to meet my requirements. I have already set up most of the code structure, but need experienced assistance to build the form and make sure that it meets my needs. The right Freelancer should have a good working knowledge of Laraval, as well as familiarity with forms and web form optimization. Experience with data integration systems and/or authentication systems is also preferred. Thanks for considering this project – I look forward to hearing from you!

1. Set up project - https://github.com/themeselection/sneat-bootstrap-html-laravel-admin-template-free
2. The PDF must be set up as a web form that can be edited
3. Users must be able to register, and admin must approve members
4. Users will have "roles" including manager, approver, draft, read only (exact list will be supplied with permissions)
5. Some sections of the form can only be edited by specific people
6. Must be able to download form as PDF, correctly displayed depending on fields
7. Must be printable online
8. Any and all changes that are saved should be saved in an audit table and each form should therefore have a version number and hold its "status" i.e. approved, draft, awaiting approval
7. Provide instructors as to how to set up and test the project
