joomla 3.10.x issue with migration to new server. -- 2

im doing a migration from an old shared server via Akeeba backup/restore procedure to a new shared hosting provider.
current version of CMS is Joomla 3.10.6 -- the theme is YooTheme.
the problem with the current migration is as following, after the restore to the new hosting provider.
the urls of the menu-s button are now formed as : new hostname/link (instead they should be as: mydomain/link) EX: on the new host if you click on services (from the menu of the website ) is : newhostingprovider/services (it should be my_domain_com/services)
we've tried to set up the public_live_site (but this is getting ignored), also we've tried to change the url in database and reupload the sql file . with no luck.
the work will be done via Anydesk or Teamviewer.
for someone who is expert in this , it should not take more than 1 h.
IMPORTANT: No credentials will be shared.
