Kind of difficult; but at work, we want to send an email and have the "email itself" be added as a "comment" in the ticket? Tried adding *ticket or #ticket in the subject; as well as, *ticket or #ticket in the body
when sending email to a DL, how do you make sure the content goes to Jira as well by including the TICKET some how?
