3cx integration whit

we are looking for an integration with a crm for 3cx. I would like to have a pop up window when we receive an inbound call. in the window we need complete customer information and the welcome message that the customer wants our agents to say when we receive the call. then we need on this same page a space to write e-mail to our client and a sms.
