integrate & modify lightGallery for Wordpress website
Budget: €18 – €36 EUR
I am looking for an experienced web developer to help me integrate and optimize a photo gallery by lightGallery.js. I am building myself a portfolio website using wordpress with a premium theme, that doesn't offer me a flexible gallery, therefore I'm looking for a better gallery to add to my website. LightGallery.js seems a very good gallery for my requirements.
I bought a LightGallery Pro plugin for Wordpress, but it still does not produce the layout results that are shown on the demos (https://www.lightgalleryjs.com/) and others websites/templates using lightGallery (examples will be provided in the communication with the developer). I received no help, neither responses of those associated with the creation of the plugin.
The lightbox of the plugin's gallery practically is all good and fine for my needs, but the layout is what is troubling me. The plugin doesn't offer me to play around with the layout (i.e. "mosaic layout").
In the attachment I placed examples of thumbnail layouts I want to achieve, that currently is not possible with the plugin backend options. I would be happy, if you provide quality codes for each layout that works when pasting it in the HTML section of a wordpress page backend. Quality enough that will give me a framework so I'll be able to figure out how to do any other layout when needed.
The plugin also has a bug: I disabled the option to "Get captions from alt or title tags", but the caption from the file name still displays over the thumbnail. I want to get that removed.
If happy with the developer, there are few minor details for the gallery and for the website that I would also like to get fixed/improved.
