integrate a button in any 3rd party application and read adress data out of any 3rd party application UI and move them into our application

We need almost the similar functions as are already available from docuware with smart connect, see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rItu5Pssl84 but only for adress informations.
Step 1: We would like to be able to set up a button in the various applications that calls up our web application.
Step 2: Subsequently, address data should be transferred from this respective application to our application.
Step 3: It should also be possible to transfer address data from our web application into defined fields of the respective application in the mask.
This should not happen on the level of the database but on the UI.
To describe it in more detail, it should be an application that inserts a button, we can define, into the top toolbar of any third-party application. If the user presses this button, the user should be asked whether he wants to send data to our application or insert data from our application into the foreign application.
The sending should be done by reading input fields in the third-party application, whose data will then be sent to our application via a WEBService (REST/SOAP) .
Receiving should also be done by receiving data via our WEBService and then inserting it into the input fields of the application.
