I am looking for a freelancer to create a system that can recognize images from surveillance camera footage. The system should be able to take live feed and trigger alerts when it recognizes objects and items of interest. The alerts should take the form of mobile push notifications so that I can be immediately informed of any activity detected in real time.
Basically it is a simple requirement in the sense that it should inform me if the blue 'On' light from the indoor unit of the split system air-conditioner is detected so that I come to know that somebody is using the air-conditioner in my villa against my explicit instructions not to use it in my absence.
I have installed the surveillance camera on the wall exactly opposite of the split system air-conditioner about 12 feet away.
