ilance thema and MLM addons for iLance

Hello, I am looking for someone who can do a Theme design for a auction site, I am also looking for someone who has experience with making iLance addons/plugins, I also would like a storefront to be added so people can create a store (similar to how ebay stores work), conflict resolution addon, sms addon for clickatel, the ability to send newsletter to subscribers, give buyers the option to make offers to sellers, Offer ad space for advertiser campaigns ont the site, I would also like a bulk upload option to be implemented to allow bulk uploading of auctions on a certain user group only and finally would like to intergrate the theme design to the help desk software Please only bid if you have previously done iLance work, am looking for an experienced people ONLY. thanks!
