iTech Insurance / Insurance Policy Change Tracker

We are an Insurance Agency, we currently have a "PolicyManager" Excel File that keeps track of changes to our policy holders Policy.
This is what we currently have & what we are looking for: (This applies to our Trucking Business)
1st - We use a CRM (Customer Retention Manager) program to export a "Client's Policy Info" into Excel / This will have our Clients "Original Policy" which will List / Tractor(s), Trailer(s), and Driver(s) with Limits of Coverage and some Policy Details.
2nd - When a Client contacts our office and wants to make Changes to their Policy. We then Create another "Client's Policy Info" which will reflect the change or changes that have been requested by the Client. This file is saved in the same location as the 1st file into "ExportedFiles" Folder.
3rd - We will run the "PolicyManager.Excl" File within the Client Folder and it's job is to search for changes and update itself with these changes, as well as keep a history of changes. Also withing this file, there is a DocuSign TAB (Which we need help with) that would list these change(s) for Adding or removing. For the purpose of having our Client sign this request that is being made.
I would love to work with an excel expert that can make this happen for us.
