iClass Migration to GoHighLevel for Gymnasium Operations

Hi there! I’m Gerardo, Program Leader at an Artistic Gymnasium (Miramar, FL). We’ve been running all of our day-to-day operations in iClassPro for years—new registrations, class scheduling, payments, freezes, cancellations, attendance logs and membership updates—while our marketing funnels run in Infusionsoft (Keap).
We’re now migrating to GoHighLevel (GHL) for a more powerful, flexible CRM + marketing-automation stack. Our two biggest tasks are:
Historical Data Migration
Bulk import years of iClassPro data (families, students, enrollments, payments, attendance, freezes, cancellations) into GoHighLevel in a clean, well-structured way.
One-Way Automation Flows
Configure webhooks or scheduled polling so that every iClassPro event automatically replicates in GHL—no more double-typing.
We also need to calculate and project the per-API-call costs (monthly interaction fees) so we can confirm the solution’s ROI.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience with GoHighLevel API, webhooks and data migrations
Knowledge of iClassPro (or similar class-management platforms)
Ability to estimate ongoing per-interaction costs and present a clear ROI model
Clear communication, documentation, and a track record of delivering on time
Deliverables:
Scripts or connectors for bulk data import + real-time webhooks
A simple cost model for API calls and monthly fees
End-to-end testing report and validation of data integrity
Technical documentation (flow diagrams, field mappings, API endpoints)
A 1–2 hour training session for our team
