iCal to sync immediately (real-time) to Google Calendar and others

I need my ical links to sync with google calendar (and any other calendar services)
All events of the iCal link should create, update and/or delete on real time (avoid the one time exportation thing, we know how to do that, this is not what we we are looking for but we require a live sync 24/7 and on realtime).
