iCal booking/airbnb sychronization feature in Laravel website

Hello, I have a laravel website and I want to integrate ical booking/airbnb sychronization feature. I need to sychronize booked/closed dates from booking/airbnb through ical and then closed the dates accordingly in my website and be not possible to overbooked. This check I think must be via cronjob. every 5-10 minutes

Also a few other requirements with simple laravel functions.
