help with a page in my game.

gangstersoftheworld.com is the game i have and need help with an issue on 1 of my pages. mysql database seems like the page isn't producing tickets (Tickets will appear at random times every hour.) at the moment. its is set to every 2-3 min. I believe the connection to the database and the page might be off. easy fix for the ones that know mysql and database. Html
