help with basic php code

I have a simple webpage forum consisting of 3 basic sql tables (categories, topics, comments), and 3 corresponding php pages to read/write from these tables. My goal is to modify the php code on each page to use prepared statements. In your response, please state your hourly rate and the number of hours you think this will take.
