help solving Kotlin jetpack compose firebase notifications problem

I am looking for an android kotlin jetpack compose programmer, I need to solve a Kotlin Jetpack Compose Firebase Notification problem. In particular, I have a basic web view app connected with my firebase application in order to send specific notifications to specific users through FCM device token, the problem is that I want to pass the FCM unique device token to the web view load url so that I can process somethings like save the token inside database in my PHP server, the problem is very easy.
