help me change the design and add few things in my website

I have a website it's a market place with payment options
Requirements :
- add some buttons( chat in every listing to chat with owner/list/share/contact/register/partnership/Q&A)
- add an affiliate program
- automatic chatting bot
- I need people to be able to list their own products with only description required
- when people list their products can either be normal listing with fixed price or auction style
- add a marketing support and management place in admin section with limited access to only their fields
- a page in the website to show our partners
