I have a issue with chat in my platform and also I would like to add 2 features to it.

I am looking for someone to help me resolve an issue with the chat feature on my platform. Currently, messages are not being delivered properly, and I need this problem fixed as soon as possible. Additionally, I would like to add two features to the chat platform: add a filter for students where they can search via price from low price to high price and finally to add logos. Thanks
