I have an existing site that need a lot of customization

I have an existing site with a custom theme and lots of customizations but since the customizations were done in bits and by different developers the code isn't clean or easy to work on. I'm looking for someone who can quickly copy the existing front end and features onto a new theme/ template WITHOUT page builders, while retaining the design and functions. I'm open to discussion about react.js for the front end if it can be done quickly. I need the site setup in 72 hours.
