A good Email

Subscription. Need a Good email subscription for someone who really hurt me and other people personally. Basically subscribe an email to a zillion of trash spam so email becomes useless. Would need a proof of how effective it is. If accomplished ok”-100$, if email becomes useless and you can proof somehow -“300$
