full stack web application

We are looking to make a web application and mobile app for customer registration, customer complaints (ticketing system) and customer invoicing for a PG hostel. They system is to have a userID and login with access restrictions capabilities
we already have purchased the templates for the website. Just need to integrate the front end with the backend of MySql and create tables for the above requirements
