We are seeking a highly skilled individual developer or development team to build a modern, large-scale, multilingual classified ads platform from scratch. The system must support the following verticals:

* Marketplace (product listings, shop mode)
* Dating (with 18+ verification and optional paid features)
This platform must be GDPR-compliant and offer full multi-language support, including RTL.

- A single user account can host multiple profile types (general, job-seeker, dating, flat-seeker)
- Each profile has its own visibility settings and can be enabled/disabled without deletion

- Category-specific posting flow
- Fields for title, description, images/video, tags, price, location, etc.
- Optional paid promotion options (e.g., top ad, homepage placement, urgent ribbon)

- Free and premium membership tiers
- Benefits based on plan: ad limits, visibility boosts, messaging quota, AI support
