from scanned pdf file by php OCR libray need to extract some field value and store in db

Multiple user can login the system with mail and password and
this user will be added from backend in user table Superadmin will mange them from superadmin dashboard which will be different and from where only user will be managed password is hashed . User can change their name ,mail ,password from
backend also. The user can upload multiple pdf file together but all are same file with same field indian
visa application actually when user get done uploading all pdf file together maximum 30 files at a time
the system will read all the pdf file which uploaded in the system when user click Detect Field then
from each same pdf indian Visa application scanned pdf file our system will fined this field
1. Application ID
2. Web Registration Date
3. Surname
4. Given name
5. Gender
6. Date of Birth
7. Passport Number
8. Father Name
After detecting this all field value perfectly then it will save on separate table Named Detect Field Data withing multiple row for each pdf file individual . If system can not or failed to detect any particular field data to read then it will show the particular file which data it's unable to read . There will be a option to filled the field data manually and submit it .
Old pdf storage option access , Old extracted data access , print all or specific extracted data records and export it in different format .Each time the file will be same file but each time will be for different applicant .
