freight management program on cloud

I am looking for a freelancer to develop a cloud-based freight management program. The program should have the following features:
- request for quotation (RFQ and award)
- tracking and scheduler for planning
-report generation and uploading and transfer
- 3 modules- vendor, user and cpanel


The ideal platform for this program would be the Google Cloud Platform.

I do not require any specific integrations with other systems.

Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Proficiency in developing cloud-based applications
- Experience in freight management systems
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and its services.
