freescout custom module

hi, I need a simple customisation of the FreeScout CRM module (https://freescout.net/module/crm/).
new fields for the customer:
customer type = select between "company" and "contact"
only for "customer type" = company
primary contact = LINK to other customers (list of "customer type" = contact)
all fields will have a new visibility option to display in the contact profile (added here https://freescout.net/wp-content/uploads/edd/2021/07/helpdesk-customer-fields.png)
only for "customer type" = contact
company contact = LINK to other customers (list of "customer type" = company)
external company = LINK to other customers (list of "customer type" = company)
these fields have to be managed by API\webhook interface (https://freescout.net/module/api-webhooks/)
Modules have to be developed using Laravel-Modules v2 package using the official "FreeScout Modules Development Guide" https://github.com/freescout-helpdesk/freescout/wiki/Modules-Development
