form made and submitted on the same page

i have a webapge made already made andim needing a form made and submitted on the same page

i have a form made though i need you to get it to work for submitted
it has a image uplard and a dorop down form

database
form saves to table olp_pictures
save file name goes to "oldfilename" and "file_name"
save a new file name 12 ramdome numbers and letters
and checkes if the new ramdome name exist then creat new ramdome name
to "file"
for the dropdown "picppf"
"1" "2" or "3"
