WP form conditional fields fixing

I have a plugin (WP-form) on wordpress.
I integrated a 3rd party plugin to add Country-> state->city selection
The problem is that I want to include a message with wp-plugin conditional fields, but these fields are not detected by the default conditional fields feature of WPFORM. I need to make them compatible.
