who can give inputs of how a purchase request can be managed without an ERP system ,
through excel or any other external downloadable softwares ,
like the admin will create a Purchase request ( PR ) & others can able to see it .
and the purchaser will see that request and start sourcing for that item .
and once sourced , that has to be updated on the software with the status or quotation details . .
