DB for tollway prices in France and API

I am looking for a freelancer to create a database for tollway prices in France and integrate it with an API.

Specific Tollway Prices:
- The database should include all tollways in France.

API Integration:
- You will need to create your own API for the database integration.

Tollway Price Updates:
- The tollway prices should be updated yearly in the database.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in database creation and management
- Proficiency in API development
- Knowledge of tollway systems in France
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.


I need you to create a DB with the toll fees in France.
Have found many pdf files here with some price list. You need to get all price list from all tollway:

You should be aware how tolls are working in France.
For example, for going from A to B you can pass through different tolls from different companies.

Basically you need to create a DB and API.
I need to enter the STARTING point and ENDING point (which could be address), and the API will give me a JSON back with
- which tollway is used for this route,
- which entrance and exit point of each tollway are used for this route,
- what is the cost for each tollway.

I know many API already exists, BUT they are too costly ! That's why I need you to create an API.
You can use google's map/direction API if you need it.
