fix woocommerce database / theme or cache issue - load times

must be a honest engineer, no excuses please like im sick or ill when work has to be done,, and must work SATURDAY

its NOT OPTIMISATION ISSUE OR HOST SPEED SO DON'T MENTION THIS !!!!!

And website cannot be down under any circumstances
And must backup whole site and mysql before starting

main issues:

Fix errors with woocommerce and mysql and cache , homepage and other pages dont load after a long time
its NOT optimisations, sometimes it works fast when CACHE is clear or when try another browser but maybe its slow database issue. MYSQL cleanup maybe needed i dont know

Mysql log files are too big
Contact form is causing issues
backups
theme updates required
features for website to be added

First need to move copy of entire site to godaddy and push to a new repo in bitbucket

IF MYSQL REQUIRES IT , then rebuild new DB if required

Optimise speed of site - web optimisation

need to update all plugins including theme license - Alot of plugins work required

backups and firewall need to be working if you make changes

Install Cloudlflare

Add Features - including a small dashboard and Payment feature for forms
