fix a problem in checkout and email reciept

i have a wookommerce plugin in my wordpress website ( extra product option) and during the check out the total displayed is not mentioning the product or it mention all the options i dont need, same thing in the recipt that client recive by mail is not mentioned wee all the products ( the extra ones) that he actually buyed . i need a permanent fix for that. thank you
