fix a php code igniter page to show.. some issue with page breaking - Need expert Igniter/PHP/MYSQL to fix

Hello we have a 1 page of our site
Coder/Igniter
PHP MYSQL
with lots of providers
but sometime the page is not showing up (see in zip)

We fixes it before but the issue keep recurring
We need an Expert on code Ignter/ PHP and MYSQL
to see why only the specific page is not showing
could be some data error in upload
We do not think it is a service issue
We need a quick fix $10 - $15
so page will show on main directoy
