i have a crm on wordpress php

basicly client contact us then we add the client with his details

then we schedule a meeting with him and a notification sent with google calander

then we send a price offer for the client to approve

then contract
on contract client fill its sign and approve

then we can schedule the with avlalable worker

by the time of the service sould take and by avalability of the worker
