fix Advanced Laravel SAAS Starter Kit with CRUD Generator to upgrade roles based on paypal payment

I am looking for a Laravel developer who can fix and upgrade the Advanced Laravel SAAS Starter Kit with CRUD Generator from code canyon. The main requirement for this project is to implement a role upgrade functionality based on PayPal payment. The script works great; I am just having issues with the payment module, the script works and accepts payment but does not upgrade user roles after payment and will alow need to down grade if subscriptions is canceled.
