as you can see the php document run for two weeks. and user with admin right will create a payroll period, look at the payroll table in the db
if you look at the step table, items are processed in the process. when someone works on a product it goes from process 1, to process 2, to process 3, to process 4, and to process 5
for every product in the list, the step table track data when they pass thru the steps. at the end we need to be able to pay everyone for their step. when payroll is generated. for every product it needs to show the number on the step the person worked on.
