Objective: Create an n8n workflow for automated email management with intelligent classification and AI-assisted responses.
Required Workflow:

Email Reading

Connect to email provider (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
Retrieve all incoming emails


Intelligent Classification

Automatically categorize emails into two groups:

Important: work emails, relevant personal messages, official communications
Not Important: advertisements, spam, irrelevant newsletters




Data Storage

Export all classified emails to a Google Sheet
Suggested columns: Date, Sender, Subject, Category, Content, Status


Important Email Management

ChatGPT integration to generate automatic response drafts
Manual approval system:

Review proposed response
Approve or modify before sending
Send only after manual confirmation




Spam/Advertisement Management

Periodic review of emails classified as spam/advertisements
Decision system for automatic deletion:

Configurable whitelist/blacklist
Manual approval for permanent deletion





Required Controls:

Approval interface for generated responses
Dashboard for spam review before deletion
Log of all automated actions
