experienced dev wordpress and api's needed

I need to fix some wordpress sites that are connected with api's. Im looking for someone who can:
-design and build in wordpress using VC composer or Elementor builder or wordpress bakery
-has alot of experience with lots api's
-can build custom worpress plugin's
Im very experienced and will delete most of your bids if you just copy and paste. Explain to me the differnt api's you have worked on with wordprerss and ill talk to you.
