event promotion website

Hello experts,

I‘m looking for someone to totally rebuild a event management website. This website provides free service to help promote future activity, event manager can post detail info about any event under their account if needed, or visitors can be redirect to event manager's own website if any. Below are some functions required, more details will be provided later:

1, event manager (anyone who wants to share any activity) needs to sign up first then to publish new or edit existing events under their account. Website administrators can access all posted events and manage other user accounts as well.

2, any events may occur once or repeat as needed by event manager.

3, visitors can search events or joining email alert list etc without account

4, events can be searched by location / date / time / category / organizer's name, etc (may require some database works)

5, events can be displayed as a list and also on map (experience with google map is a must)

6, currently do not need to support online payment

7, other website management functions as required.

8, payment to freelancer will be on preset milestone
